Install from the Photo Backup Stick

To install from the Photo Backup Stick USB drive, plug it into your Android device and open the My Files app:

  1. Tap the PhotoBackupStick.apk file.

  2. If prompted to allow to install from unknown apps, tap Settings.

  3. This will take you to the Install unknown apps settings page. Make sure to toggle switch is turned on under the My Files app.


  4. Tap Install.
  5. Tap Open on the next screen.

Using from our website:
Note: The instructions may differ slightly when using a browser other than Chrome, but are very similar.

  1. Download the app by tapping the download icon.

  2. Tap Open after the download completes.

  3. Change the name of the file by tapping on Download in the location bar.
  4. Tap and hold the pbs.apk.zip file and then tap the three dots in the lower right corner.


  5. Tap Rename a rename it as pbs.apk.

  6. Tap Change to save it.

  7. Open the pbs.apk file.

  8. Tap Open on the next screen.
