• Customers will be required to pay return shipping costs using a shipping method that provides proof of delivery. Photo Backup Stick is not responsible for products lost during return shipments. 
• Customers must include RMA# in the shipment.
• No collect shipments will be accepted.
• All data contained on returned Photo Backup Sticks will be wiped.
• If you are returning for replacements, backed up data will be lost. Please back up personal data to your computer before sending sticks in for replacement.
